Privacy Policy

Overview
At CoreX, we value your privacy. We collect only what we need to operate our app and features (e.g., classes/RSVPs, social posts, DMs, goals, leaderboards). We do not sell your personal data.
Data We Collect
- Account Data: name, username, email, profile details (e.g., avatar), studio/gym membership.
- Content You Provide: goals, posts, comments, likes, messages, RSVPs, profile info, and media you upload. Access to photos is limited to items you explicitly select.
- Usage & Device Data: app interactions, device type, OS/version, app version, language, time zone, crash logs, and diagnostics.
- Studio/Transaction Context: when a studio integrates third-party payments or links, we may process non-sensitive metadata needed to reflect subscription status. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers and never stored as full card data by CoreX.
How We Use Data
- Provide core features (scheduling, RSVPs, social feed, messaging, leaderboards, goals).
- Secure accounts, prevent abuse, and enforce our policies.
- Improve reliability, performance, and user experience.
- Communicate important updates, security notices, or support responses.
Data Sharing
We may share data with service providers solely to operate the app (e.g., authentication, databases, file storage, analytics, crash reporting, push notifications, email delivery). These providers are required to protect your data and use it only to provide services to CoreX.
Retention
We retain data for as long as you maintain an account or as needed to provide the app, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion (see below).
Your Rights & Choices
- Access/Export: Request a copy of your data.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated content (subject to lawful and operational limits, e.g., security logs).
- Correction: Update your profile details within the app.
- Permissions: You can revoke device permissions (e.g., Photos) in your OS settings.

Children’s Privacy
CoreX is not directed to children under 13. If you are 13–17, you must have a parent or guardian’s consent to use CoreX. If we discover we have collected personal data from a child under 13, we will delete it.
International Users
By using CoreX, you understand your information may be transferred and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate, which may have different data protection laws.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our practices. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, when appropriate, provide additional notice in-app.

End User License Agreement (EULA)

Acceptance
By downloading or using CoreX, you agree to this EULA and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
License
CoreX grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes or as permitted by your studio’s subscription. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by CoreX.
Accounts & Security
- You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
- Do not share your login or attempt to circumvent security or access controls.
User Content & Community
- You are responsible for the content you post (including media, goals, posts, comments, and messages).
- No illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable content.
- No bullying, doxxing, spam, scams, impersonation, or IP infringement.
- We may remove content or suspend/terminate accounts at our sole discretion to protect the community or comply with law.
Scheduling, RSVPs & Studio Admin
- Studios control their own schedules, capacity limits, waitlists, and policies. CoreX is a software platform and is not responsible for schedule accuracy, cancellations, or availability.
- Any purchases, memberships, or payments are handled by studios and/or third-party payment processors. CoreX is not a party to those transactions and does not store full payment card details.
Health & Safety Disclaimer
CoreX does not provide medical advice. Always consult a physician before starting new fitness activities. Participation is at your own risk.
Prohibited Conduct
- Reverse engineering, scraping, or exploiting the app.
- Using the app to violate law or others’ rights.
- Uploading malware or interfering with the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of this EULA or to protect the service and its users. You may stop using the app at any time.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COREX DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES (EXPRESS OR IMPLIED) AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Venue shall lie in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
Changes
We may update this EULA from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
